I have a 2 year old!

Can you believe it? Harrison is two already! We had a fun time having two birthday parties. One with my family and the other with Rob's family. Harrison enjoyed having two birthday cakes and did a great job blowing out his candles on both cakes. Unfortunately we only caught one of the times on video. What an amazing two years we have had with Harrison as a part of our lives. It is so wonderful what we have learned from being his parents. I look forward to many more exciting and happy moments with my family!

Baby #2

So today was the big ultrasound day for us! We got to see our baby "blob". Our doctor says the baby looks just like Rob! It has a good, fast heartbeat and all seems to be fine for now. Please keep our family in your prayers as we begin this exciting next chapter in our lives. Friday is our next big milestone. Harrison is turning two years old. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. Harrison is growing into a wonderful little boy. Of course, he already has a little terrible two in him, but he makes my heart melt every time he says "Wuv you mama!". He is already quite the little man. Pictures of my handsome little man will follow shortly.

Like father, like son

Harrison and his daddy have so much in common. They love fire trucks, trains and now even army trucks! Rob caught this picture of Harrison "driving" the army truck while honoring our veterans at the Oshkosh Military Veterans museum flag pole dedication ceremony.

Fall fun!

Oh what fun Harrison and I had raking leaves on Saturday! It was a great time filler and energy waster and we got some work done in the process. Harrison loved picking up the leaves with his rake and watching them fall to the ground.

Mommy's day

Harrison and I had a such a fun Saturday together. It was laundry day and I was folding it on my bed. Harrison, as always, was a big helper. He wanted to try on all my clothes and he had a whole lot to say! Harrison is so smart and becoming quite the sassy pants too! I sure do have my work cut out for me.

Memory Walk 2008

This weekend we walked with Grandma Sandy and her group at Valhaven Care Center in the Memory Walk in Oshkosh. This walk came right on the heels of my Grandma Arndt being admitted to St. E's for Alzheimer related issues. It was a good day and a very meaningful walk.
