Going to Michigan

So we are going to Michigan tomorrow to finally meet Amelia. Harrison is excited to go and see his Uncle Joe. Sorry Susan and Amelia. Joe's name is the only one he will say.

Summer Fun!

Harrison loves to play in the water, so we bought a new wading pool with sprinkler. As you can see he really enjoyed his time in the water today. So much so that when we stripped him down to go inside, he went back for more.

Harrison's First Collection

To those of you who know my son well, you know how much he loves his choo-choos. His Thomas collection has started and we are going to use our blog to keep track of the trains he has. This list is meant to help out the people, such as grandparents, know what trains Harrison already has in his collection. If you need a gift idea for my son, look no further!

Harrison's Day Out with Thomas

Today Harrison is 18 months old, and he got the treat of a lifetime. He got to spend his day with Thomas the Tank Engine, and he got to ride around and play with choo-choo's
all day! He had so much fun, he crashed hard at the end of the day!

Memorial Day weekend

Yeah I know I'm a little late for this, but school just got finished and now I finally have the time to blog again. I just wanted to share some cute pics of Harrison from Memorial Day. He had such a great time going to the parade, although he enjoyed seeing all the buses lining the street more. We also went to a local park and played on the swings.

He's getting to be such a big boy!

I know it is really premature to be so excited about this, because Harrison is awful young and has a long way to go in the process, but I can't help but be proud. Tonight for the first time, Harrison went potty on his potty chair. He enjoyed all the praise that was given to him, and got a kick out of flushing his pee down the big toilet. What can I say? I have hopes that he will potty train early, but you can never tell with boys.

A new bike for Harrison

Another treat that Harrison got this weekend was a new trike. He was getting too tall for his old bike, so we went out at bought him a new Diego tricycle. He is very excited about his bigger boy bike. Harrison is also a Mr. Fix-it. He loves to take any key and try to tighten screws or pretend to fix things. He could spend hours at the cupboard door, trying to turn the screws. Here he is making sure that his bike is ready to go!
